Our flagship Career Acceleration program runs 8–12 weeks with weekly 1:1 sessions. The Executive Presence Upgrade is an intensive 4-week engagement. Corporate Workshops are tailored to each organisation's timeline and objectives. All programs begin with a free 30-minute Discovery Call to determine the right fit.
All 1:1 programs are delivered online via video call, making them available to clients worldwide. Corporate Workshops can be delivered in-company (Lisbon and major European cities) or virtually. Our online delivery has no impact on results — our clients span four continents.

"Promotion" is defined as a formal title change with expanded scope or reporting line; "significant role change" includes lateral moves into strategic roles, board appointments, or executive transitions. Data is captured via self-reported outcome tracking at 12-month follow-up, with verification through LinkedIn profile updates and client-authorized reference conversations with their HR or board contacts. Sample includes both employed executives and those in transition; results exclude clients who disengaged before month 6. Career KPIs (compensation, visibility metrics, stakeholder feedback) are documented in client contracts and tracked quarterly throughout the engagement and 12 months post-program.
